Failure to meet agreed-upon project deadlines or milestones.

To request a refund, kindly submit a written request within 14 days of the project delivery or issue occurrence. Please email your request to refunds@tt-premium.com with the subject “Refund Request – Project Odyssey.” Ensure you include a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving your refund request, we will carefully review the provided information. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days, utilizing the original payment method.

Refund Denial:
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if:

The request is submitted after the specified timeframe.
The issue is beyond our control.
Insufficient evidence is provided to support the refund claim.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of dissatisfaction or the severity of the issue.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you decide to cancel a project before completion, a refund will be provided based on the completed work, minus applicable fees.
